Band does the US launch of the Green album at the Lincoln Centre, Manhattan and plays open air for the assembled masses

Band launches Green album in Kilfenora.

Band argues and rehearses and argues its way through the Summer and records the Green album - without a string quartet!

New lineup plays our first céilí in Newtwopothouse in Co. Cork. Disaster. John decides to buy a book about set dancing.

Full turnout at tonight's practice. That's guilt for you!

John travelled all the way from Kildare tonight for rehearsal and only one

person turned up.

He turned round and drove all the way back again. I reckon it's all over.

John however says - get this - that tonight was the night he was convinced

the band would be a success!
